All files are tab-delimited.

The IPv4 and IPv6 files are BGP announcement prefixes, and one origin AS. In the event that multiple are published in BGP, we pick the first we find from the routeviews data. At last check, 1% of the prefixes had more than one origin ASN; however, spot checking also shows the ISP names are the same. And, that's good enough for what I need.

You're welcome to use the data, as-is, and without SLA. Don't be abusive when polling for updates; be sure to use proper http caching headers.
